A Downward Spiral that Led to an Epiphany

A walk around the Field of Gold in Lamlash with Clover

Note: Sorry if you get this twice. I’m still figuring out Substack’s podcast hosting implementation.

I'm talking through a bit of a meltdown I had the night before and the epiphany that it led to the next morning as I wrote my Morning Pages. I hope that my vulnerable honesty comes through as an example to others of how I'm working to improve myself. I'm well aware of Brené Brown's dichotomy of vulnerability and oversharing, and I know that I straddle that line with a lot of what I make. In fact, I probably go into oversharing territory quite often, but it really does help me to figure things out, and I hope that it can help others too; just like how I felt seen after watching some of Dodie's content and I went on to become rather a big fan of her music after that!

Watch this podcast on YouTube as I walk around the field of gold.
