I dare you to try reading Tom Cox and NOT end up writing! I couldn't do it. I enjoyed the TWSBI pen and bilberry ink combo too. I think that's my favourite ink. So, of course, I'm immediately wondering if I ought to buy another fountain pen. The answer is always yes, except that it's also no. Must. Resist.

I made this yesterday and it felt good to do some planning.
“I'm split between loving humanity in my best moments and doing all I can to avoid people in my worst.” We’re cut from the same cloth, my friend 😂 And, in fact, I was exploring this theme myself these past few days because it relates to Bonesick (I’m trying to decide on the best ending). My 2022 theme was “fall back in love with my community” and it proved to be quite challenging but—because it was always ever-present in my consciousness—it really helped me focus on pushing through the resistance. So I’m sure “Connection” will now bubble to the surface of yours too! The book I’m reading currently is called Humankind…The author’s manifesto about how we’re all innately kind and loving, not cruel and evil. Perhaps you can explore that philosophy as you shop for your groceries! 😂 (My equivalent is driving along the Milwaukee, WI interstate amongst the United States’ worst drivers!)
