It's Tuesday and I'm feeling good. Yesterday went well, even though it was a heavy lift for the most part and I didn't start lifting anything until after three in the afternoon.
I just read a page from the War of Art that hit me quite hard:
The most pernicious aspect of procrastination is that it can become a habit. We don't just put off our lives today; we put them off till our deathbed.
Does that resonate with anyone else? So, each day, when I do the thing, it's a win, even if that's just writing my pages.
Is it watching a James Bond movie first thing with a pot of tea that’s put me in this creative and depression-free state? Imagine if that’s all it took!
