If anything, I'm more excited about my book channel now than ever!

I missed a whole week of writing. I have actually been writing bits and pieces in my digital journal, just to remember what we did on different days. It seems that reading has been taking over and that's kind of what I wrote about today.
I thought I would be in August Bradley's annual review call now, but he's reset the membership and I just can't afford to spend the money to rejoin right now. I'm disappointed, but just have to acknowledge the fact that the Notion system I bought from him in 2020 still works perfectly well and I've been in the content space long enough to know how to do my own annual review. It's just nice to do it in company, you know?
It's a two-pager for today's writing. It ends up with me coming up with a choice of two words to mark the theme for 2025. I'll ponder it some more and make a decision later. If you have a preference, let me know which you'd choose and why in the comments. Thanks.
The sure-fire way to come up with your North Star for the next year is to really drill into your “Why?” To do that, focus on what keeps you up at night, what you want to change or disrupt, what ignites your motivation to plod through the toughest resistance. Between the two words you listed, “consistency” feels better connected to a Why. If you don’t feel like you’re following through on your goals, you’ll have a star to look for and that’s consistency!
