My friend uses this little trick that I myself adopted this year and it’s worked like a charm. At the start of each week, I pick five tasks that related to each finger, like a theme:

5. Pinky = rich people = something financial like balancing books, paying a bill, putting money in savings

4. Ring = love = meeting/writing a friend, family member, date with Chris

3. Middle = F*k off = something I REALLY don’t want to do but have to and it’ll feel good to get it done and tell it to bugger off

2. Pointer = forward momentum = something that will chip away at a bigger project

1. Thumb = thumbs up = my well being, like a long yoga session, float, massage, big healthy meal I make myself

If I only complete these five tasks in a week, I know I’ve done my best. And it feels great like “cleaning your damn room” 😅
