You're right Leadership isn't easy, in fact, to TRULY lead (make the hard choices, admit the difficult truths) will be the hardest job you'll ever do. You should definitely be proud of yourself for making a toast that was 100% authentic to you. And you're right, even if you reach ONE person, that's worth its weight in gold!
